Directions to Our Fort Lauderdale Office

Our office is in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale’s central business district. The building sits directly on East Broward Boulevard, one of the city’s main east-west corridors. Click here for directions using Google Maps.

Where to Park

Parking is available in the adjacent parking garage located next to the office building at 500 E Broward Blvd. Enter the garage from SE 5th Avenue. Visitor parking spaces are available on multiple levels. Please note that parking fees apply. After parking, take the elevator or stairs to the building entrance, and proceed to Suite 900 on the ninth floor.

​​Coming from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport

  1. Exit the airport terminal and follow Terminal Drive for about 1 mile.
  2. Stay in the left lane and use the ramp to merge onto US-1 N/U.S. Route 1 N toward Fort Lauderdale.
  3. Continue north on US-1 N for approximately 3 miles.
  4. Use the left lane to turn left onto E Broward Blvd.
  5. Turn left onto SE 3rd Ave, then make an immediate left onto SE 2nd St.
  6. Turn left onto SE 5 Ave.
  7. The office will be on the left at 500 E Broward Blvd, Suite 900.

Coming from Mills Pond Park

  1. Exit the park heading east and turn right onto NW 9th Ave.
  2. Continue for about a mile and a quarter, then use the left two lanes to turn left onto W Sunrise Blvd.
  3. Follow W Sunrise Blvd for approximately three-quarters of a mile and turn right onto NE 4th Ave.
  4. Continue as the road becomes Progresso Dr, then NE 3rd Ave, for just over a mile.
  5. Turn left onto SE 2nd St, then make an immediate left onto SE 5 Ave.
  6. The office will be on the left at 500 E Broward Blvd, Suite 900.

Coming from Fort Lauderdale Country Club

  1. Exit the country club and follow the signs through E Country Club Cir as it winds through several turns.
  2. Stay on E Country Club Cir as it becomes SW 46th Ave.
  3. Turn right onto FL-842 E/W Broward Blvd and continue for about 4 and a half miles into downtown Fort Lauderdale.
  4. Turn right onto U.S. Route 1 S, then immediately take the State Highway 842 exit.
  5. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp.
  6. The office will be on the right at 500 E Broward Blvd, Suite 900.
