Biography:
A Miami native, Katia Toledo is a dedicated family law attorney with a calm, thoughtful approach to legal challenges. She earned her law degree cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law and holds dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and English from the University of Florida. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review and interned with the Honorable Judge Maria Verde in the Family Division of Miami-Dade Circuit Court.
Katia began her journey at Vasquez de Lara Law Group as a law clerk and now proudly serves as one of the firm’s attorneys. Her practice focuses on uncontested divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, name changes, and other family law matters that require both attention to detail and strong communication. She is clear, honest, and intentional—making sure clients understand their options and feel supported every step of the way. She is regularly praised publicly by her clients in google reviews for her outstanding results and calm presence in tough times.
